PUBLICATION DESIGN | PATRICK WHITNEY & THE HARVARD T.H. CHAN SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH

Design for Health is a book about how design research methods and emerging technology can complement traditional public health research methods to create more holistic, human-centered solutions.

The publication explores new approaches taught in two Harvard and IIT courses, combining design and data to challenge the current top-down structure of change in public health. These courses are experiments in how to progress beyond incremental change to improve patient outcomes.
